1. Who we are

Inksight (inksight.us) is operated by Merxco LLC in California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Contact: Info@Merxco.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email and message when you contact us, suggest a listing, submit an event or create an account.
Information collected automatically: standard web data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected by our hosting provider, security tools and site analytics.
Cookies: small files that keep you signed in, remember preferences and help us understand site use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.

3. How we use information

To run, secure and improve the site.
To answer your messages and review your submissions.
To manage accounts and sign-ins.
To understand which content is useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (such as web hosting, security, email and analytics), when the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users.

5. Third-party links and embedded content

Pages link to and may embed content from other sites, such as registration pages, maps and calendars. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

6. Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing Info@Merxco.com. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share it. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

7. Do Not Track

Browsers handle “Do Not Track” signals differently and there is no common standard, so the site does not respond to them. You can still control cookies in your browser.

8. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect information. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

9. Children

The site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; contact us if you believe a child has sent us information.
