1. About these terms

Inksight (inksight.us) is a free business resource website operated by Merxco LLC (“Inksight,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information only, not professional advice

Our guides, news, event listings, business and entrepreneur profiles are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment or accounting advice. Check facts with the original source and talk to a qualified professional before you make decisions. Grants, events, prices and deadlines change; always confirm details with the organizer or agency.

3. Accuracy and sources

We work to keep information accurate and cite our sources, but we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. If you see a mistake, email Info@Merxco.com and we will review it.

4. Listings and profiles

Business and entrepreneur profiles are based on public sources and are not endorsements. Inclusion or exclusion does not mean we recommend or rate a business. Businesses and people featured may ask us to correct or remove their listing by emailing Info@Merxco.com.

5. Links and third-party sites

We link to registration pages, agencies, organizers and other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, ticket sales or privacy practices.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. What you submit

When you suggest a listing, submit an event or send us content, you confirm you have the right to share it and give us permission to review, edit and publish it on Inksight. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to hack, overload or disrupt the site.
Do not scrape the site in bulk or use it to send spam.
Do not impersonate others or post false information.

9. Copyright and trademarks

The Inksight name, logo, text and design are owned by Merxco LLC unless noted. Photos and logos of other organizations belong to their owners and are credited where used. You may share links and short quotes with credit to Inksight; please ask before republishing full articles. To report a copyright concern, email Info@Merxco.com.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Merxco LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
